Appointments and Fees

Appointments

To request an appointment as a new client, please contact me and I will send you registration information via email.

Please note: I offer self-pay counseling services. I do not accept health insurance.

At this time, telehealth sessions are available. In-person meetings are not possible until we can assure our safety.

Fees

  • 50-minute individual sessions: $125
  • 50-minute conjoint sessions for couples/partners, families, or more than one individual present: $150
  • 75-minute group sessions, $45 per session. An individual session is usually required prior to entering a group. (Please read more about groups here.)
  • 50-minute substance use disorder assessment with report: $150
  • Text support, 2 responses per day, Monday – Wednesday, Friday – Sunday, excluding Thursday (6 days per week), $50 per week
  • Accompaniment to local, outside appointments such as physician or attorney: $125 per hour, minimum of 2 hours (currently unavailable)
  • For those beginning to address substance use issues who need generous support, a comprehensive counseling and support program is available. Please contact me for more information.
  • At the end of 4 sessions, if you are not achieving the outcomes you expected, I will ask for your feedback, wish you well, and not bill you for the 4th session.

Payments

  • Services are offered on a direct, self-pay basis.
  • “Superbills” can be provided for submission to health insurance companies.
  • Clients pay directly for services. No third parties are contacted.
  • Credit or debit card information is collected at the time clients register. Fees are billed electronically on the day of service.  (For your electronic health record and billing, we use HIPAA-compliant SimplePractice. Read more about SimplePractice’s security here.)

Nota bene

Cancellations in fewer than 24 hours and missed appointments are billed to your credit or debit card at the full rate.
