Envision Possibilities 2017

What: Envision Possibilities 2017: A Vision Board Party

When: Friday, January 13, 2017, 5:30 PM – 8:30 PM

WhereAnne’s Place – Directions

Program:

Inspired by Paula Wilder’s question in her Create a Path to Possibility Workshop – “What do you want to achieve professionally and personally in 2016 that is new, better, or different?” – we invite you to join together for a vision board party and workshop led by Sarah Beth Jones.

A vision board is a visual way to explore what we want in our lives. We’ll have magazines for cutting out pictures and words, decorative papers, and markers, colored pencils and crayons! We’ll enjoy a lively potluck meal, creative envisioning together, and sharing of insights.

“Visions boards are a way to solidify what we would like to create in our lives and an opportunity to make new discoveries about ourselves as images and words grab us. By noticing where our attention is drawn, we can uncover inner wisdom and wishes that were hidden before.”
– Sarah Beth Jones

What to bring:

  • Yourself
  • A dish to share that might inspire! (Regular attendees of A Woman’s Life Work have some food challenges so if you would be open to identifying gluten, dairy, onions, garlic and other common food allergy ingredients in what you bring, that would be very helpful.)
  • Personal food or non-alcoholic beverages as you need or prefer
  • Yourself, if you so choose, in red underpants, a potentially lucky thing to do on Friday the 13th!

We’ll have sparkling water, coffee and tea to accompany our potluck. If you have special food needs, feel free to bring food servings for yourself so that you can feel comfortable.

Attire is absolutely whatever you would like!
